MARMED Project is organizing the Blue Cluster Manager Training, a free pilot course which aims at bridging the gap between the existing needs and the current skillset of Maritime Clusters Managers, ensuring upskilling, for the outline of an innovative professional profile for an increased competitiveness of Maritime Clusters in the Mediterranean area and, overall, boosting innovation and sustainable growth in the Blue Economy sector. All expenses are covered by the Erasmus+ MARMED project.
The curriculum developed by the project consists of 75-hours of blended learning and it will cover the following topics:
Module 1: Basic introduction to Blue Economy Sectors
Module 2: Soft skills
Module 3:Managerial and Technical skills
Module 4: Policy knowledge
The course will also include a two-day study visit in Trieste, Italy, scheduled for June 13th-14th, 2024. The costs for travel and accommodation will be fully covered by the project.
